Do you embroider the items in-house?

Yes - all our products are embroidered in-house on our own machines.  

How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make payment?

It depends on what was shipping service you chose when you placed your order.  Every shipment will be sent as expeditiously as possible.  We will send you a tracking number upon request.  

How do you ship my orders?

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with a Tracking Number. You can also pick up your order at our Santa Fe Springs warehouse by appointment only (Will Call).

What are the payment methods available?

We accept most major credit/debit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. Cash is good also!
